We are not considered a low risk for audit because we have a biennial audit performed rather than an annual audit. The findings on the 2021 audit did not pertain to R&D. The State of Montana Legislative Audit Division expects that it will not submit the State of Montana’s 2023 Single Audit Report to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse by the deadline of March 31, 2024. Based on current circumstances, the auditors anticipate submitting Montana’s 2023 Single Audit Report in late May 2024. We haven't needed a more recent ONR Property Management System audit as notified by ONR on 9/26/17.
